Petition for Review by the Court Citizen's Counsel has 15 days from the date the petition for review is received to file an objection to the petition for a petition for recovery of overpayments. Citizens Counsel has 30 days from the date the petition for review is filed to reply to the objection and provide the court with any information or materials necessary for the court to decide the petition.
